So, I've enabled crossposting from DW to LJ, because even with the hack to disable the crossposting, I don't trust LJ anymore. Is there a way to post from DW to a specific filter on LJ, or do I have to go in and edit?

If you set up a filter on DW with the same name (and, for ease of use, more or less the same people) as the one on LJ, posting to that filter here will cause the post to go to the same filter on LJ. (I just crossposted to a filter a few days ago, so I know it works because I checked afterward.) If you post to a filter here that doesn't have a direct equivalent on LJ, though, I think it might make the post public, so be sure you double-check.

Also, that hack only disables crossposting if (a) you have a custom friends page, and (b) people are viewing that custom friends page, not the page in their own style, the default style, or format=light. As soon as someone views the page in something other than your specific journal style - and a lot of people have LJ set up to view entirely in their own styles - the hack becomes useless.

If you crosspost using a DW filter that doesn't exist on LJ, it shows up as private on LJ. :)
